With current restrictions and safety concerns due to the COVID-19 pandemic, DJW Insurance Agency, Inc. will make changes to our office routines to continue to provide the best customer service possible to clients, while keeping our staff safe. Please note the following regarding our operations.
- We will observe regular business hours in all of our locations. However, we ask that you utilize phone and electronic communication with our office staff instead when possible.
- Payments can be made (with most companies) over the phone or online. You may also mail agency bill payments to our offices.
- If you must come into our offices, we will see you in our receptionist area — unless it is necessary to move to another space.
