Charles B. Jefferson, Jr. - President/owner-manager
Charles B. Jefferson, Jr. is the President of DJW Insurance Agency, Inc. and oversees the Property and Casualty Operations. Charles is a 1972 graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana. He has over 30 years of service with the agency and has earned the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Charles is an avid fisherman and an active member of the local Kiwanis Club.
James C. Perez - Treasurer/owner-manager
James is the Treasurer of DJW Insurance Agency, Inc. and manages the Benefit Services Department. James is a 1986 graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana. He began his career with DJW in 1991 and has earned both the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFc) designations. He is a member and past president of the Optimist Club of New Iberia, LA.

Janice has been DJW's receptionist and assistant bookkeeper since 1993.

Kara Louviere, licensed property and casualty producer, is the senior commercial lines customer service representative. She is a 1993 graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana and began her career with DJW in 1994.

Duane Neustrom is a licensed producer in both property and casualty, and life and health. He began his career with DJW Insurance Agency in 1996.
Kim Alspaugh - Office Manager/Producer
Kim Alspaugh, licensed property and casualty producer, is Office Manager of our Broussard, Louisiana Office. She has been with DJW since 1999.
Kurt Latiolais - Producer
Kurt Latiolais, licensed life and health producer, specializes in individual health insurance and group employee benefits. He is a 1977 graduate of Louisiana State University and has been with DJW since 2000.

Toby Armentor is a licensed producer in both property and casualty, and life and health. He is the Sales Manager for DJW Insurance Agency's Broussard, Louisiana Office.
